SECOND CHILDHOOD LOYALTY PROGRAM

We have just launched our loyalty program!  Spend $50 or more to receive a stamp on your loyalty card.  After your 5th purchase, you receive $25 to spend in our shop.  After your 10th purchase, you receive $50 to spend in our shop.  With our compliments!

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions:

• When you have spent over $50 in one transaction, Second Childhood would like to thank you for your loyalty by offering you a Loyalty Card.

• Loyalty Card to be used at Second Childhood only.

• On receipt of the Loyalty Card, Second Childhood will stamp and date your 1st purchase.

• Once you have 5 stamps on your Loyalty Card, you will receive a $25 credit to spend in our store.  Once you have 10 stamps on your card, you will receive a $50 credit to spend in our store.

• To receive a stamp, you must present your Loyalty Card when spending $50 or more in one transaction.  If creating a new Lay-by, a $50 deposit is required to obtain a stamp.

• Transactions cannot be split.  One stamp per customer per day.

• A stamp cannot be obtained if paying for items that have been placed “on hold”.

• Any transaction made using your $25 or $50 credits will not qualify for a stamp.

• Credits can be used to finalise a lay-by, but cannot be used as lay-by deposits or payments.

• Credits are not redeemable for cash.

• Loyalty Cards are valid for strictly 12 months, and any stamps are void when that Loyalty Card expires.  Stamps cannot be transferred to a new Loyalty Card, or to another customer.

• Loyalty Cards are not transferable – identification may be requested.

• Lost Loyalty Cards are void, and unable to be replaced.

• Second Childhood reserves the right to cancel the Loyalty Card Program without notice.

• Second Childhood reserves the right to cancel a Loyalty Card if a Loyalty Card is suspected of being falsified or altered in any way.
